What are the symptoms of gas pain?

Lately I've had so much stomach pain. I always have to burp or toot. It doesn't really make me feel better but it's more like I can't control it. I have different pains in my stomach that rarely go away. Sometimes it's gassy bubbles, sometimes sharp pains, sometimes just sick feeling. I don't throw up but sometimes I feel like I have too. It hurts especially at night, but still it goes on throughout the day. My stomach also makes gurgling sounds. I'm going to the doctor next week. But does anyone know what might be wrong with me? Maybe bad gas or IBS? I'm not sure, if you have any ideas, let me know please!
