If the Palestinians controlled all of green line Israel + Gaza + West Bank & jews lived in Gaza & West Bank?

The Palestinians would have integrated Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip into one nation and granted all inhabitants (Palestinians and Israelis) citizenship with no distinction between religions or races. Yes, that means they will cancel all the current Israeli laws that give special privileges to Jews (such as the law of Return). They would also allow Palestinian refugees the right to return to their country if they wish. In a way, it would be similar to the change that happened in Apartheid South Africa after abolishing the apartheid regime.
