Am I eligible for NYU Tisch?

I'm a high school junior, have a pretty solid resume, and (not tooting my own horn) but am said to be very uniquely talented... However I had a rough sophomore year and now have a 3.25 GPA. Will I still be considered for acceptance? Im working extremely hard now, but would still wonder if they look at your artistic review more than your academic record? If I score high on my SAT's will that sort of show more than my lower GPA?
